1995 D Quarter, Another Something I Haven't Seen Before!

Newbie234 Pillar of the Community United States 1386 Posts	Posted 01/07/2017 12:25 pm I come across this today in my new roll of quarters. There is a line across the entire portrait. It is a straight,but squiggly line that is sunk into the portrait.I would love to hear what caused this. Thanks for looking and as always any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
