I was looking at some wheats under my USB microscope and noticed these on a 1952. I don't think they're scratches but it's too small to tell without magnification. Your thoughts?

Yes die cracks, it's a spiked head.
Looks like a match here SKH-1c-1952-02D.

I agree with die cracks and Tunnioc - looks like a good match the COC. Unfortunately, The OP's images won't open to a larger separate windows for me, so when I zoom this page it gets kind of blurry and hard to see the details of he cracks.

Hi MM, it so a die crack, very overused die and lax quality control at mint. Its not the one Tunnioc mentioned, that crack was closer to 12 o'clock. I like to call them "pinheads"!

I think your looking at the wrong one this one is a very close match to the one tunnioc posted

Looks like a 1950's Wheat cent. There are more than two die cracks on this coin.
