It's a B, but doesn't match the one in Pluribus. It's damaged. JMO

From what I am seeing, it just looks like it took some hits. Your's in that area look like a B from the larger image, put there are other dings and scratches on the bell as well, just not patterned like these ones. Looks pretty cool though. Some experts will be here to reply for your as well.

You can see that something, or more precisely two somethings pressed hard into the surface after it was minted and in circulation.

You can see where that pressure pushed the metal away from the two "holes" which formed a ridge, most easily seen to the right, of those indents.

It's just damage.

Looks like the coin was damaged by reeds from another coin. (possibly a silver dollar)
