Hi. I'm new to collecting Roman coins, and I'm new to CCF.

I know that this coin is from the Balkans and was minted between 250-early 400's AD, according to Dirty Old Coins--the website I purchased the coin from. The diameter of the coin is around 15 mm. Pictures of the coin are posted below.

Bit hard to read the mint mark...perhaps SMK-delta? Perhaps like?:
