Nice looking Buffalo ! This one looks like it has nice luster to it, and a little light toning. Wow...this is tough even with good pics ! The obverse does not appear to have any wear, but a little flat in the braid area...I am going to say weak strike, mostly because of the reverse. The reverse does look like it has wear to the head, haunch, and tail areas...but...I see telltale tiny planchet scratches in all of those areas leading me to believe it was never fully struck ..Soooooo....Seeing just a few contact marks obv and rev besides the planchet scratches I am going to give this one an MS-63. I could be wrong on this, that head and lack of horn makes me want to scream AU ! Greysheet ask for MS-63 is 44$ for AU 21$ I have a similar one coming home with me this Saturday in an old green PCGS slab...we are gonna have some fun !!
