Hello today I found a 1946 no mintmark penny while walking at the park just wondering its grade and also an opinion on the lib strang looking b thank you all

It was minted by the Philadelphia mint - no mint mark from Philly!
Grade is G4 at best - sorry, just a well worn circulated Wheat cent. "B" is distorted just from taking hits in circulation!

You need to show BOTH sides for a grade.

You lighting and/or white balance is off, the coin looks blue.
