How about some more images? Maybe try to get a close up of the date and show us the other side of the coin.

Hi Zeo, the additional closeup doesn't seem to show what is seen in first pic, no raising of metal surrounding or between the 4's. With both sides seen that area at 9 o'clock appears on both sides, probably post-mint damage, got crimped in some way.

to CCF.Need better pics. I see "something" that looks like the number 3 and at 9k what looks like a possible incomplete planchet (not a Cud). Try to get better pics posted.

I just see an issue with an incomplete planchet. You can see the Blakesley affect on the right side of the coin.

Quote:
Blakesly Effect - When examining clipped planchets, the side of the coin opposite of the clip will exhibit what is know in the coin industry as the "Blakesly Effect". During the upsetting process or rimming of planchets, if a section of the planchet is missing, there will be an absence of pressure in that area causing the opposite side of the coin to be flat and not as formed.
