Wanted the community's opinion on the coin pictured. What grade would you give this coin?

VF I'm assuming that clip was post mint but I really don't know much about these early coppers.

A true planchet clip is in evidence by the noticeable Blakesley effect directly opposite. Quite possibly a partial double clip. These tokens (minted in the latter part of the first half of the 1800s in England) were struck using planchets deliberately filed/altered/antiqued to resemble circulated pieces, and the planchet filing your piece shows is probably original to the coin and not PSD/PMD. The weak strikes at the reverse fraction & left obverse are common to the point that they might have been intentional to the die design, again to make the coins look old and worn out.

The white paint dot on the obverse makes me think this is probably from a rather old collection...use your loupe or glass and see if it's not got a number or letter inked into the paint.

Vlack listed two reverse types for these (W/X), yours is the W reverse (topmost berries are to the outside of the wreath.)

Yours shows some light porosity or corrosion; I can't speculate on if it would earn a details grade or not from a TPG. I agree with an overall VF grade, but would grade it at 35 .
