Hi All,

Any ideas on grade and current retail value on the silver coin.

Weight is fractionally over 3.0 grams and diameter is just over 20.0 mm.

All responses will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Slightly hard to tell, as these coins are often very weakly struck, and the photos don't really show up the coin surfaces that well. Is the mark on the reverse a reflection on a 2x2? I'd say VF, based on the crowns on the reverse and the hair detail on the reverse. I might change my mind if I could actually see the coin! In any case it's a lovely specimen, at least a grade better than the one in my album!

Coin Year Book 2017 values this coin at £15 in F, £30 in VF and £85 in EF.
