Normal Die Deterioration, "ES" of STATES on reverse and it appears that upper die was a bit loose to hit coin at angle between 10 and 4 o'clock. Note clarity of date but loss of "IN" and smearing of "GOD", indication of less than solid hit. Have read that press operators hear the clacking of loose dies and tighten up w/ screwdriver. Normal machining processing, differences included (die wear, varieties, oddities). You have sharp eyes, not worth anything but is an oddity, collect if it suits you, I do.
