1975 D Lincoln Rotated MM And Well I Have No Idea!

I found this the other day and forgot about it, But The MM is rotated and there is something along where the spinal cord would be that I have no idea what it is. There is also a dent or incused spot from the chin to the bow tie. I made a negative of one picture to make it easier to see. Thanks for looking and any and all advice is greatly appreciated!

The mint marks are hand punch and can vary in locations on the pre 1990 coins. The scar on the neck is just coin damage. (damage is usually incuse on the coins.

looks like the coin took the hit from another coin with an edge, like a quarter or dime.

I don't understand how that is possible with the spread of the damage. A reeded edge is about 5 thousands of an inch apart these marks are well over that.Not to mention they are all square. A reeded edge is rectangle at best.

Something else other than other coins made these marks on neck . PMD

Yes, it's just damaged by something other than a coin. Although the rotated mintmark is interesting, it's unfortunately not of value.
