Debated between 35 and 40, but the strong even reverse strike kept prompting me towards the 40, even though that shouldn't affect a strictly technical grade.

I think there is enough eye appeal that it would probably 40 at a TPG.

Yes, VF-35. There is just a little bit too much wear to call it EF-40.

It's a nice coin that has been messed with, which is unusual for these pieces. That is a big plus.

VF40 but market grade will probably be VF35 it's a =/+ so close call I think.
