The left corner of the cornice open like that is from split plating and zinc rot. Other areas are also so it near the rim areas. No premium for this, but always nice to know what happened.

Looks like a nice little die crack at the left lower building on the reverse!

One of our members here - mentioned on a post once that Jean Cohen nicked named these type of cracks as "Drain Pipes" I thought that was pretty cool.
