i found this great bill as I was counting my drawer at work today before I left.  it looks like the serial seems to be slight rising up. the seal is also higher than it should be. looks like the whole 3rd printing is off. its gonna be a great add to my collection.

The age would be enough to keep it for me !!.......the serial ##'s...may not be of much more value......but agreed ......it's an anomoly still and worthy to have!!.......anything that makes it different from the others.....good enough fer MY book !...(though I don't yet have any like that!)

The shift error is not signifagant enough. The print has only moved about 7% while desirable errors are around 15% or more. (Although that's not stopping some people on ebay to sell examples like these)

It's intereasting to see how some of that stuff sells on ebay but lots looks like it just keeps repeating whout selling
