I'd like to hear an explanation of the D on Jeff's forehead! It is smaller than the mint mark D.

Actually I would also. I have seen people post something like this before,But this is clearly a D on the forehead. To me if it was from another coin it would be incused. But this is raised above the device. The only thing I could think is someone put it on the coin.

On the reverse of the 1975-D where the red arrow is? Have you tried a toothpick on this area? It might be clear grease on that area.

I did not, because it looked perfectly like the nickel plating. But yes it was clear grease and wiped off easily!

I think the 2008 might be a contact mark (I thought it was a die clash, but the overlays didn't match up), but the 2011 looks like a strike through or contact marks (not sure).

It might be a dropped letter from a mint mark. Or it might be coin contact. Hard to say for sure. There looks like contact on the brow (from what I'm not sure yet) but it also looks like a dropped letter. So the jury is still out yet. (the dropped letters can be in normal view or mirrored, depending on how the dropped letter landed.
