Really don't know with this one because of circulation, but looks like there are the die chips above the BE in LIBERTY. Thanks for the help.

It looks like RPM-007 to me. The die chips are a marker for this RPM and they are in the right place.
Can you get pictures of Jefferson's hair and the dome of Monticello to see the other markers?

The coin is a pretty weak strike/decent circulation wear. When I went to find those markers, I couldn't see them, but I can try to get pictures later

Looks like the correct location and the die chips on LIBERTY loo correct.
