231 cu.in per gallon times 5 gallons = 1155 cu.in 1155 divided by 3 = 385 cu.in. 10 pennies approximately .265 cu.in. 385 divided by .265 = 1452 1452 times .9 = 1306 (error) 1306 times ten pennies = 13060 my guess approximately $130. worth of pennies in bottle

Well, well, well.
Pennies, not cents, eh? And what nationality might these coins be? And from what time period? British pennies from late 1800s would fill the bottle pretty fast. Silver pennies from earlier eras are much smaller than dimes.
