I am in hopes someone can help me with this Mount Rushmore Quarter. The 2103 looks like it is doubled to me. Also ORE looks unusual. What do you think? Thanks in advance for your help.

On the ' ATB' quarters the devices on the outer ring of the reverse are incuse. (raised on the die) When Machine Damage happens before/after the strike, it makes a doubled set of devices. This happens so often on theses quarters. I'm trying to get 100 of them from change and figure out the ratio of how often this happens, But it is a high percentage of the time. So they are common to find. I'm waiting for the ones with reduced sized devices. Those will be the hub doubled examples. So far I've not seen them yet. It probably won't happen because of the single squeeze die set up. On the DDR examples the devices are closer to the center on these. The hub starts off on the die in a wrong position, then snaps into the correct position leaving areas hub doubled. So I keep hoping for the DDR on these incuse devices. They just have not been found yet.
