Possibly 3/2, but difficult to tell for certain in a coin of this grade.

You really need to get coins of VF+ (US AU)to ID varieties

Yes very much 3/2 and the 4 looks like its inveted plus almost a full house even the 8 looks upside-down :) certainly doesn't look like any 8 I have ever seen on a farthing. Looks more like a closed S back to front
