The coin holder says, which is probably a few decades old, says there's only five of these known to exists.

What the current info on these things?

I know practically nothing about this series, but is that not a mint mark on the middle tip of the trident? B for Bombay?

Yes, there is a B in the trident. Never noticed it until you said it...

Yes KM #T5. Unfortunately not a tough date. Melt value is say $15. Might be worth say $30 in this grade.
