The issue with the 9 is a chip but what about the mintmark? Can post break off like they do in an 8 or are these just chips? Also, the first 5 looks like it also has a chip, but, it also looks like a lamination issue. Am I correct or is it just a hit?

looks like 5 die chips. One on each of the last three digits and the mint mark looks like two die chips there.
