The surfaces look white and chalky. The lettering and date show the coin's natural color in protected areas.

The pictures are not that good, but I would think VF-25, not cleaned. I am thinking the whiteness is just a result of the pictures.

got the coin today and noticed in internal Cud on reverse from wreath to the rim. On the sellers pic it looked more like a die crack. More noticeable as an internal Cud in hand.

It's not cleaned, imo. VF-20, nice die clash and Retained Cud on the reverse.
