Proof-Penny--1990-No-S-Mintmark?

Hi, new on here, thanks for lookin at my picture, I have a question, hoping someone can help me out. I have been searching and collecting all pennies for years. I believe I have found two 1990 no S mintmark. I believe they are proof coins by looking at the rim. Any advise would be helpful. All comments welcome, Thank you

Hi coin197, thanks for commenting me back, I was told that the rim of the coin was never milled.
Rest in Peace

Here is a side by side of a 1990 business strike BU red and a proof 1990 no 'S'.
Proof-Penny--1990-No-S-Mintmark?
Note the mirror like fields on the proof cent? The business strike coins are never that shiny.
