Proof Penny 1990 No S Mintmark? - Coin Community Forum

paulag2584 New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 01/24/2017 1:01 pm Hi, new on here, thanks for lookin at my picture, I have a question, hoping someone can help me out. I have been searching and collecting all pennies for years. I believe I have found two 1990 no S mintmark. I believe they are proof coins by looking at the rim. Any advise would be helpful.
