I would say vf30 on large cent for sharpness but the differences in color concern me. Half Cent is around g-6

1851 Looks VF-25. Half Cent looks to be VG-8 details due to porosity and rim dings

Nice coins,
Note:
Even in that condition, I would think that touching the coin's faces is a bad idea.
Rest in Peace

i have the 51 at VF30 and the 1803 is a little more challenging. inferior planchets were the norm as well as strike issues in these early coppers. the obverse is a very weak strike and not all wear is from circulation. the Liberty is quite strong and there is separation of the drape folds as well as the hair ribbon. on the reverse you have good separation on the lower 2/3 of leaves. all of these point to VF coin. several pretty bad rim hits are definitely going to pull the details designation but this is pretty typical. both sides show moderate porosity. I have this technically graded as VF25 but I think the issues defined above will drop this to about F15 details, however, I do not think it would be F15 money due to the rims and all the other issues noted
