It is obviously not the 1983P-1DR-001. But here are some images of the 1983P-1DR-002 to compare with:

I doubt it is this one, but to help you see it is not this die either. Keep in mind the doubling will be an exact match if it is from this die. If it is not the same, it is not this die. If it look more like this:

This is machine damage. After the strike, the die movement damages the newly formed devices, reducing them in size. These confuse a lot of new collectors.
