Hey I'm james. New here. Wondering if anyone has seen a quarter like this before. Has weird double halo markings on the face. Circulation wear and tear? Or mis print? What do you all think?

to the Community!

I moved your welcome post to the appropriate forum for the proper attention.

Marks like that are typically from automated rolling machines.

Rolling machine damage, and the no mintmark is because it's from the Philadelphia mint
Rest in Peace

Ok, there is some miss information here. The coins from 1965-1967 did not have mint marks. They came from three different mints those years. The damage on the coin is from the coin wrapping process. The damage happens to the outside coin while it is being rolled tight.
