VF-30 is right, not EF-45. The third party graders have been over grading circulated coins for years. They changed the standards single handedly on the key dates like the 1877 Indian cent, 1909-S Indian cent, 1916-D Mercury dime and most all of the other key date coins. It's shame because it really hurts the collectors on a budget who can't afford the Mint State coins.

Now they are watering down the standards for AU and Mint State coins. I have recently been collecting the gold dollars from 1880 to 1889. What used to be MS-65 is now MS-67. I'm not the only one who has seen this. A dealer I know and respect told me the same thing.

I wouldn't net this one above 20. My guess is label error.

Yeah, I wish they over graded my coins like that. LDS, but not XF45
