Usually when I see doubling on a penny it's usually the letters and numbers but this one has it on licoln on obverse and it doesn't look shelflike . I'm not thinking I have a rare double die I was wondering is this die wear or md tha pic off the back of the neck looks like md I'll also label theses pics so you do t have to try and guess what part of the bust you are looking at 1/ coin front 2/ front of jacket 3/ around tie 4/ neck 5/ lips 6/ nose 7/ back of neck 8/ back of jacket 9/ back of coin 10/ 19 in date 11/ 61 in date Sorry for such a long post but I want to put the info and pics I was asked to put here so you can get a good look at what I am talking about Edited by Potbellypub 01/27/2017 10:46 am

mostly MD, esp. on date. On coat & bust may be either MD or master die doubling. I've seen that on BU 61'D's by the neck over the collar. Other's on here will know for sure. (Sorry for all the edits, seems this cheap tablet likes to edit what I've written after I post )

with above - but I certainly understand why you would ask. My kindle Fire absolutely loves to destroy words and recreate sentences. I always have to watch pretty carefully that some seriously bad word didn't decide to make an appearance.

When you look too closely at a coin, nothing seems like something. Best to keep the devices to 3-5 per image. If you have to look closer, then it is not worth the effort. Most collectors only by hub doubling if they can see it with a 10X glass.

That last bit of advice from coop will save you so much time and effort in the long run and help you move through coins much quicker. Sometimes youll have to remind yourself of it tho and welcome to the forum!

I sometimes see stuff in my scope and take images of it. When I can't see it in the images, then I know then it is too minor to deal with.
