I have been taking it easy for last few days since 1/12/17. My 2nd fusion since 2003, I hopes it works better than the last one.

You sure don't know how much you miss your back until it doesn't work the way you expect it to.

Take a little advise and make sure before you do it a take the time to check what can be done before surgery. Its hard to redo once its done.

It all started back in 1990 when I got hurt on the job and its been downhill ever since.
L&I paid the bills after the biggest drama and finally the Attorney to get you back some help. For a fee of course.

Now I make 1/4 or less of my 1990 wages and not able to do what I like.

Sorry for the rant, but The BS IS Getting Deep In the Country for folks to live in

Gary

Gary, take care man.. My mother in law had multiple lower back surgeries for that excruciating sciatic nerve pain, fortunately was covered by ins. The first helped a bit, but unfortunately no one told her about how long it would last and other effects. In her final years, she had the fusion and fillers to help a bit, but still had some pain with it. Will be hoping and praying that the only pain you have is in the you know what from the lawyers!

One day at a time. Do not strain yourself. Do your PT. Know that many of us understand the frustration. My thoughts are with you.
