I haven't posted anything about this until now but it's finally over, my grandson Aiden got to ring the bell today and finally come home. He was diagnosed with lymphoma back in August and has been receiving chemotherapy on a weekly basis since then. Anyone who has experienced this knows how this really affects every moment of every day. I'm so proud of how tough he's been through all this. My newest hero is a 6 year old boy....

What a great day for Aiden and his family. Thank you for sharing this great news, Dave.
BTW - My daughter is 35 years cancer free and her grandpa, who was by her side the entire way, is still her best friend.

That is great news! My wife has been cancer free now going on 6 years...so I know the ups and downs of daily life.
Awesome that Aiden is doing great! I celebrate with you!

This gets me choked up I so hate to see kids suffer and am so happy to hear the great news! I'm so blessed to have 3 healthy grown kids-heres to many many more happy and healthy birthdays for this young man!
