It will weigh about 28.28 grams and special commemorative strikes can be made by different companies such as Pobjoy or Royal Mint. They can range from about £20 up to £200, but this is likely to be on the lower end of the scale. Could you post a picture of the other side and we can try to determine exactly what £5 coin it is.
