yes I thought it was glue in the beginning too but it's not. when I took the pictures with the flash on especially.. with the microscope tho, you can tell it's not glue. may be I should take a couple pics with the scope.

Stuff sure looks like some sort of glue. Definitely not FS-301, but could possibly be FS-302.

Their used to be a product that left green marks on the devices of coins when they used a cleaner years ago. I don't remember the name, but the green color looks very familiar.

thank you all.. Cooper I marked those spots looking at the CherryPickers Guide may be I turned the page without realizing and marked both lol. and I will take a better look with the microscope. thanks again guys. you're the best. I have a Morgan toner question coming soon sit tight :)
