Too much glare and a bit out of focus. I can't tell.

Also for micro photos, it is best to have only one light source. With both sides lighted, the corners and have an area that look like something is there when there isn't. Sometimes when you use a single light, check to see if you have a secondary unwanted light. Light from a window, a room light or reflection from something. The best way to test for this is to cup your hands around the coin and see if it goes away? When you figure out the direction, the solution is simple. Take a facial tissue and put some tape on corner of the tissue. then hang it so it blocks out the unwanted light direction. I have two pieces of paper taped on my scope to block out know directions of light I do not want all the time. It just eliminates the problem before it is an issue.

Not a DDO. It would be extraordinarily rare for one letter in the middle of the devices to be doubled.
