I am not an expert but I do not think this is a DDR. The link is an image from PCGS of a 1957-D MS-67+ Red that clearly shows the line from the second seed tip parallel to the stalk edge in a normal business strike. That is inside the stalk. If you are speaking of the difference of reflectivity to the left of the left stalk, that could just be normal die wear or wear on the coin. I do not see a DDR. There is not a known listed DDR for 1957-D that I can find, that does not mean there isn't one out there. I will defer to other expertise but this is my opinion based on the photos provided.
On the link I see MD on the devices on the center of the coin. But I see no hub doubling on the wheat grains. On hub doubling on the wheat ears it usually affects the outside edge and the wheat lines. Not so much the grains areas.
