It is not a ball serif mint mark. (those are the ones that are known to be rotated)

thanks Coop, another little ditty didn't know! When did the three different "s" styles start, '44 shellcase? Know '41's had at least two.

Looks like you have the MMS-004 (Trumpet Tail) mintmark style.
