The blotchy nature of the dark toning makes me suspicious that the coin has been dipped.
I tend NOT to apply grades to cleaned coins.

I Don't believe this coin has been dipped . VF-30 .

I think the comercial grade is EF-40. I almost always under grade these coins so I upped my initial reaction of Choice VF to EF.

VF-30, worried about discoloration at 6:00 on reverse. Don't see that cleaning up.

Another day of being just behind the Frog...

I agree with VF-35, and it's not evident that this has been dipped, although the huge contrast in colors in the protected areas would certainly indicate a wipe or two.

I dont think it was dipped but cleaned. not harshly though but someone attempted to clean it up a little. VF35 details.
