Size of the coin will help much to identify!

Maybe capped bust coinage

I thought at first Seated Liberty but I don't think they have that shape of banner above the eagles head

Please no Caps Lock,

What is the size of the coin?
Looks like a Capped Bust or Seated Liberty coin. They used this design for many different denominations.

Capped Bust Dime

If it's larger than a modern dime it's pre-1828.

If it's the same size it's post-1828.
