Probably not as much as the buyer will look if he has them graded!
Rest in Peace

This is the most ridiculous listing I have ever seen on E-Bay . there is one buyer that has to be the shill bidder .The seller even states the copper coin is a novelty . Bids well over $1000 , come on ! has the whole world gone insane ?

T-BOP, are you talking about the 84% with the seller? It's also notable that the leader has zero feedback.

I would be more impressed if I saw it in a slab.

Of course, the nefarious knaves who skillfully con ignorant folks into buying coins like this one bear the responsibility for their actions.

At the same time, I have had to look within myself and acknowledge that the part of me that wants to "grab the bargain of the century!" is part of the problem if I don't watch it.

Early on, I bought a set of five 1943 Lincoln cents that looked bronze in the photos. It turned out the seller knew a thing or three about how to take deceptive photographs, and the coins were in fact reprocessed 1943 steel pennies. I had to say to myself, "See if you weren't so greedy and thinking you were getting something no one else noticed, this wouldn't have happened."

Fortunately, I did not pay a huge sum of money (~$35) for the coins--much more than they are worth, but not a major loss. And I learned a valuable lesson.

I was hoping it was real so I could add it to my roll of those.
