I need to print postage from PayPal. I am at the USPS website trying to figure out postage costs. Would a #0 padded envelope be:

a)a large envelope

b)a package

The postage calculator asks which it is. Really doesn't seem to fit either catagory.

Will it really matter? Doesn't it go by weight anyways?

Problem solved...both weight and size of package contribute to the cost of shipping.
