I usally have non USA buyers blocked on my email account. Got contacted from a guy in Germany with solid feedback. I wonder if I should worry about selling it to him but it's only 50 bucks.

I ran into the same scenario about 8 years ago with a guy from Germany and shipped it as he requested...."plain envelope, everything will be fine". (He had perfect feedback, too!). He did not want to pay for FedEx, or any shipping that was trackable. The transaction was off ebay, too! Wanna guess how it turned out?

Post to Germany is among the most reliable in the world... As long as you ship properly, charge for tracking and declare the note correctly, there should be no issue

I post to all corners of the world except Ukraine (Sorry Ukraine, bad experiences sending parcels there.) I always post tracked, never any problems. Germany has an excellent postal service.

While the postal service may be reliable, the person to whom the package is addressed may be less so. I'd politely decline. You block non-USA for a reason. Whatever that reason is, stick with it.

Quote: I wonder if I should worry about selling it to him Get the payment first and verify it's legitimate! I remember when ebay allowed personal checks for payment and they actually told you to hold shipment for 10 days till you get the check, deposit it, and let it clear.

I say do not send to anyone overseas. Especially don't send anything not tracked AND insured.

My person in Germany "said" he never got it. I had a mailing receipt showing a mailing to Germany on the date I said I mailed it and he finally accepted that it had been mailed. He pretty much called me the sorriest person on the earth and that he thought he could trust me! This went back and forth for several weeks. One day the nasty emails and phone calls stopped. He either died or received the item. Doesn't matter to me. Have not sold anything since Internationally.
