No - the doubling you are seeing is from a worn die. Also known as Die Deterioration Doubling - DDD

Hi thank you. I will post full coin. found a 1969 s in a old bank of america roll very dirty. trying to learn how to use this form. Thanks could you please take a look at the penny.
