Conclusion: no friends in the sales, it just business. Make a price lower than others - and your item will be sold.
Silveroid your play-by-play is rather entertaining, definitely unbiased. While flippers might pump a coin in unison, in reality they're in competition with one another over who will lose the least money. Makes no sense really.

2 more listings - auction style - ended yesterday, and that's all. Both the seller was dealer TopWorldCoins, and both coins were sold for ~ CAD 180. Buyers were ready to pay a bit less than on the previous week.

Interestingly, all of the action is on auction style listings. When there is so much activity it means it is still a hot coin. How long can this last is anyone's guess. The next four highest auction type listings are at $176.50, $177.50, $167.88, and $183.00. All ending Tuesday. It seems there is a slight softening of the market, with none sold over $200. But that is expected with so many listings. There are currently 48 of them on ebay.

In the actions, people very actively submitted a bids, until certain level - after it, the auction "waited a last bid". Anyway, here the most recent listing came: BIN-style Seller listed 2 coins together with BIN as CAD 360. Simple and clear (getting rid of both together for currently accepted price). Though, this doesn't contribute the coin in future run. ebay ID = 132095740869

ebay listings exceeds 50, with 52. For the buyer, with so many to choose from, the decision will be baaed on lowest price. For the seller, with so much competition, the decision will be what price should the coin be listed for.

I just received my two coins this morning and to my surprise I got very low serial numbers of #24 and #25.I also bought 2 other Pysanka coins from the post office last week and sold one right away for $200 plus shipping and the other is one of the auction mentioned above. I also received a Celebration of Love - Pure Silver Coin made with Heart-Shaped Swarovski Crystal where the Heart is rotated 45 degrees and not even in the middle of the two monarch butterflies. it's slightly below the right butterfly. Would this be considered an official error coin?

Congrats for the Pysanka coins score, jimper. Quote: and sold one right away for $200 plus shipping This is was great smart move - to sell it for good price right away. Quote: Celebration of Love - Pure Silver Coin made with Heart-Shaped Swarovski Crystal where the Heart is rotated 45 degrees and not even in the middle of the two monarch butterflies May experienced collectors correct me, but I afraid, that since the rotated element is glued Crystal - this will be counted as defect and not an error. Better to return it and get "normal" piece. Although you still can try your luck on ebay - people collect everything.

@ Silveroid Thanks for your input. I think I might just hang on to the butterfly coins.It's different. For the early release Pysanka I'll probably sell those on ebay.

From other forum members reported about availability of the coin on APMEX for ~CAD 183 Well, the price is maximum, what buyer should pay right now. In addition, it good for US residents, and to ship coin to Canada will cost some $$ (although I want to believe that APMEX shipping will be sure thing) Literally a lot of offers, on buyer to decide without rush. Added:25+ minutes left here: ebay ID = 3321250534480 bids, Starting price : CAD 179Let's see if someone will submit a bid, or buyers are waiting for the price reduce.

Quote:25+ minutes left here: ebay ID = 3321250534480 bids, Starting price : CAD 179 Let's see if someone will submit a bid, or buyers are waiting for the price reduce. Ended with no bids and has been relisted. But together with it, 3 more listings appeared (people getting their coins "in-hand"), one - same seller and 2 others. There is actually listing with CAD 149 as starting bid, and it as well have 0 bids. Need to start with lower price to attract the buyers now.....

@jimper I received my 2 celebration of love coins and on one the heart is centered perfectly whereas the other coin's heart is tilted under right butterfly.

@New1954
There must be a flaw in the process of adding the heart to the coin. A broken Heart. Had a couple in my life.

Quote:CC and C has Pysanka egg instock for $138.95 http://www.cdncoin.com/2017-20-Trad...2082717.htm. A little over asking but better than ebay prices. Thank you, Marcus....loaded "Soft" - this is the word, that describes the recent sales of 2017 Pyasanka on the secondary market. Or ~CAD 185 with Free Shipping, or ~CAD 170 + Shipping Which leaves to the seller family coffee drink at Starbucks + Pokemon Booster pack / Lego Minifigure for the kid.... Reason: people (in the masses) do not need one more Pysanka coin. Similar to Glass Bumblebee - increased mintage, not a novelty, and very important - whoever wanted to get it to pair for 2016 Pysanka - had opportunity to get this coin for issue.
