I Think This Is A Missing Clad Error But I'm Not Sure?

Hello I was going through a roll of pennies today and strange enough I found a dime but this isn't just an oridinary dime it appears to have no clad it isn't worn at all it's in like ms 66-69 condition anyone know if this is for sure a missing clad error cause I wanna get it graded also what's the value?

Btw in the picture it doesn't look like ms 66-69 condition but in person you can see how flawless it is there's not a scratch on it

Don't waste your money on the grading. It is a very common coin with environmental toning. It wouldn't even make an MS grade.

not ms and not an error unfortunately. The color of this dime could of been caused by environmental toning as mentioned before or wrapped a in tinfoil and placed in the oven.
