My grandfather has a collection of coins from when he was in Europe in the 1950's. I've Googled a bit, but there's a lot out there.
I have three 5 Pfennig (G, F & J) and a single 10 Pfennig J. There's also a 50 Pfennig from 1949 G, with the gal planting the tree. If the internet doesn't lie the 1949 is worth more as the name on the coin. There's a lot of other 5 & 10 Pfennig's but they are 1950 and are "BundesRepublik Deutschland."
Just curious if there is any real value in any of these?
No, those are quite common, no real premium, worth $.25-1.00 tops. If any WW2 coins w/ eagle/swastika(1936-1945), those will bring something if you sell them, especially any silver Marks.
