AgCoinAu Pillar of the Community Canada 3049 Posts	Posted 02/09/2017 4:28 pm from looking at it.. my guess is that the coin was struck but stuck onto the die or wasn't fully ejected.. another planchet went in and this coin was struck a second time on the reverse but the planchet in the collar prevented a second strike on the obverse and more of a "mushy" look...
