This coin was flashed on the screen for a few seconds last night on TSC as being up for sale. I immediately logged online to see if I could find it but it was not to be seen.
Does anyone know what its worth?

Not the first time I have seen that coin for sale... I love it, but they are asking too much for it...

It's not as pretty as the label suggests, maybe 4 to 5 hundred because it's a dollar coin

from looking at it.. my guess is that the coin was struck but stuck onto the die or wasn't fully ejected.. another planchet went in and this coin was struck a second time on the reverse but the planchet in the collar prevented a second strike on the obverse and more of a "mushy" look...

That's my guess

It's not an "indent" strike since there is a design in the error area. The expanded design on the reverse looks like a type of counter-blockage.
