Not exactly your normal details designation from PCGS. Any thoughts on why this coin came back as genuine only?

Looks like it has that burgundy hue of cleaned copper, but cleaning would still allow for a details grade. Maybe tooled around the date?

Nvm just checked the cert, code is 92-cleaned so first impression is correct.

They should have resubmitted it since PCGS will now give it a details grades (or maybe even a "now marketplace acceptable cleaning" straight grade)
