I found this in a roll I think it's a 1984 double ear. Sorry the pictures are sideways but can I get a few a opinions on this and if it is what's the premium?

That is not the popular doubled die 001, doubled ear.
There is one other doubled die ear variety for 1984 that doesn't show as much doubling as the "Big One", but yours doesn't look like that one either.
Sometimes when cents take a hit in the ear, they appear to have two earlobes. I think that is what happened to yours.

and see how the bottom part of the earlobe is a lighter shade?

Nope, your Lincoln is just endowed with large earlobes. I echo cwb and slamn in saying a hit to the coin did that. It only takes one well placed hit or scratch to create the illusion of doubling at the bottom of the ear -- I know because I always set aside a few that end up being nothing.
