It looks like a normal coin to me.
I do see some MD on some of the devices, but it's not a doubled die variety.

Normal large date with some Strike Doubling and back marks/scratches.

The center of the '0' is the clue. If it were hub doubling it would be in one direction. On the '0' you see push in two directions, thus the two marks on the inside of this device.
