i have used photobucket in the past but in the last year or 2 it hasn't been letting me arrange my pictures in order anymore and I cant figure out why it used to be easy and I hate to lose all the work I put into this but I have many new additions I would like to display, anyone know of an easy site to display my coins in order similar to the photobucket link below? thanks

Give this a go before deciding to move your pics.

Or try flickr https://www.flickr.com/, 1TB storage limit for free. You can organize/sort by name and group into albums, apply various security settings. I have the flickr app on my iPhone, so I can take my coin pics with me to coin shows.

My $0.02 cents

I'd recommend checking out https://collectivecoin.com/

It's free and very easy to use. You can even flag your coins as being "for sale" if you'd like.

Do any of these sites support embedding a photo using the IMG tag on the forum? I used to do this with Google Picasaweb until they "improved" it with Google Photos. Then I switched to Dropbox until they "improved" that with the imminent dropping of the Public folder. I know they want to drive traffic to their applications and web sites so they can hit us with ads and grab our browsing data, but they've eliminated a critical function for me.

This is why we prefer photos shared in posts be uploaded to CCF and not linked from offsite. They change their rules and we end up with a topic full of non-photos.

Not as easy as it seems to embed pictures from flickr, especially for those people who have no web design or HTML experience.

But it does work, but not obvious to non-techie people and the instructions are not clear.

Edit: Link to the instructions, https://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/i...opic=10760.0

Example embedded image from flickr.
