Does anyone have any idea what year this coin would be. I know that the Standing Liberty quarter only had three stars after 1917 but the date was made to not wear off easy after 1925 so its somewhere in between there can anybody help me?

This quarter was minted somewhere between 1917 and 1930.

Between 1917 and 1930 is all we can say. It is just junk silver.
Rest in Peace

It IS a Philadelphia mint, none visible. Try the soot trick, stick your finger in tailpipe or charchol grill and rub that across the bottom of statue. Sometimes this helps show some detail, if not, is junk 90% silver!
